Lifecycle

Procurement Planning
Our involvement begins well before quotations are requested. Working alongside client engineering and procurement teams, we review project requirements, identify optimisation opportunities and develop sourcing strategies aligned with project objectives.

Engineering Review
Specifications are reviewed, manufacturing methodologies assessed and value engineering opportunities identified. Alternative materials or fabrication approaches are evaluated where appropriate — before any supplier is approached.

Supplier Qualification
Manufacturers are assessed on engineering capability, production capacity, quality management systems, financial stability, export experience, project history, workforce capability, automation and environmental management.

Factory Audit & Approval
Facilities are assessed not simply for equipment but for the systems that support consistent quality, repeatability and continuous improvement. Only manufacturers capable of meeting Tier One expectations enter our approved network.

Production Monitoring & QA
Inspection and Test Plans define critical hold points. Material traceability is maintained, fabrication monitored and Factory Acceptance Testing coordinated. Quality is embedded through manufacturing rather than inspected at the end.

Logistics & Delivery
Freight, documentation and delivery sequencing are coordinated to construction schedules, with complete traceability and documentation packages supplied ahead of arrival on site.
